Packing for Vegas...recovery from mini downswing...

I am hours away from jumping on a plain and flying off to Vegas for 3 months. It is finally beginning to sink in, and I am getting butterflies in my stomach!

After my bluffing craze at the start of the week, I was able to play some solid poker Wednesday through to Friday, recording a sweet profit of about £1,400 helping
me recover from my mini slump -allowing me to take the weekend off to chill and focus on the packing.

Several hands from this week's session to discuss actually, but I will leave that for the next post (promise!)...

I still have so much to do! I only started to think about packing today! But I am nearly there!

My flight is at 2pm tommorow.

I just want to thank everybody for their best wishes and support -it really means a lot.

I am off to The Vic now to pick up my cash (from the cage), cant believe it will be my last visit for 3 month! Ahhh!

Oh although I am still eating healthly...(and have been for the last 14 days)...

All prop bets are off! Chip Donkey please notify everyone involved (list in previous post!). I really believe that I will still lose the weight, but I don't want the added pressure during a period of time where I should really be focusing on my poker. I hope you guys understand!

One final shout out to The Horse, I cant wait for you to come out there in October, please keep strong and don't spew. You are my hero! (when you play your A-game!).
